It is not always possible to go from where you are to where you ultimately want to be instantaneously. I mean it is possible (anything's possible), but the choosing of it feels almost uncomfortable in contrast to what we're currently experiencing.

As weird as it sounds, there is comfort or maybe familiarity is a better word, in misery. If there wasn't, we wouldn't choose it.

We can however, in every moment choose the next best feeling spot that feels achievable. This is how we initiate the evolutionary process. If you just keep taking baby steps towards better and better feeling thoughts and actions, one day you will look back and not even recognize the person you used to be.

You deserve joy and happiness. It is your birthright, simply for showing up on this planet. There is nothing you need to do to earn it or prove your worthiness.!
